Working from inception through to practical completion Urban Quarter pride ourselves on taking the leadership role of a project. Staged reporting through the feasibility, planning, site and rights acquisitions, detailed design, procurement and build phases provide clients with concise financial modelling and accurate reporting. Key elements of the role involve selecting the right professional team for the opportunity and then continually motivating and challenging them throughout the process to ensure projects realise their full potential. Co-ordination with the client, agents and occupiers and also key aspects in successful project delivery.
The scale of opportunity can vary from small mixed use commercial/residential schemes to masterplanning new communities encompassing 1000 + homes plus other associated uses.
